Ride Details

Join Rosanna on a ride to Philly to take in one of the scariest places in the USA—the Eastern State Penitentiary. Eastern State Penitentiary was once the most famous and expensive prison in the world, but stands today in ruin, a haunting world of crumbling cellblocks and empty guard towers. Known for its grand architecture and strict discipline, this was the world's first true "penitentiary," a prison designed to inspire penitence, or true regret, in the hearts of prisoners. Its vaulted, sky-lit cells once held many of America's most notorious criminals, including bank robber "Slick Willie" Sutton and Al Capone. It also is reportedly very, very haunted.

Our private tour begins at 11:30. The tour lasts one hour but we are free to stay afterward to take photos and explore. The group rate for our tour is $11 per person. $10 for anyone 60 or older; $8 for kids. Please bring exact change for your admission fee.

Afterwards we’ll take a quick ride to South Philly where you can weigh in on the age old question—-Who makes the better Philly Cheesesteak—Geno’s or Pat’s.
